A partnership with the Colorado
Department of Human Services Mental Health Division.
Support from Project BLOOM has
allowed Fremont County to enhance ongoing collaborative early
childhood mental health services begun by an interagency Early
Childhood Mental Health Action Team as part of Project ECHO.
Crib to Kindergarten and the Behavior Team provide assessment,
screening, specialized interventions and consultation for children
with social and emotional needs. Services under development include
more intensive "wraparound" as well as enhanced family supports.

within the early childhood care and education systems as
well as the Department of Human Services, Rocky
Mountain Behavioral Health, and the West Central Mental
Health Center.
We currently have an active family support group, a youth advocacy
group , and are interested in engaging new partners from across the
business, civic and faith communities.
Anyone interested in helping ensure the mental health of
young children in Fremont County should contact Kay
